Internal Complain Committee- Procedure:
- 1. A complaint notice box is provided at the notice board at ground floor.
- 2. All grievance referred to the grievance redressal committee for women internal complain committee shall be entered in a register by designated member.
- 3. In our institute there are 3 members and 1 head member designated per grievance- with their phone number and Email Id.
- 4. We are conducted female grievance committee meeting every month with all students at our Multipurpose Hall every second Saturday of month.
- 5. The procedure for complaint of students their issues with class teacher, class teacher addresses the complain to grievance members and register the complaint.
- 6. All complains should be resolved within a week or 10 days frame by looking into its seriousness and by two-way approach resolved with team member.
- 7. The management can impose the following penalties which are indicative and not exhaustive on an student who is found guilty of harassment. These can be further classified as minor and major penalties as follows:
